Paris feels like the most low cortisol and high cortisol city at the same time 😭

everyone is moving.
people running along the Seine, cycling through tiny streets, sitting in cafés for hours, somehow looking stressed and peaceful at the same time.

and honestly… I get it now.

some of the best runs I’ve ever had were here. uninterrupted runs along the river with views of the Eiffel Tower, museums, old architecture and streets that genuinely make you want to romanticize your entire life 🥹

and the best part?
Paris is literally made for post-run coffee stops and long dinners after.

@andersenmaillard Un vero must per i suoi cinnamon roll sofficissimi, burrosi e cannellosi al punto giusto.

@juno_the_bakery Qui ho provato il loro famoso cardamomo bun: profumatissimo e speziato, me ne sono letteralmente innamorata.

@hartbageri Ci sono diversi store in città, bakery iconica, tappa obbligata. Ho assaggiato più lievitati ed erano davvero eccezionali.

@atelierseptember Per completare l’experience non può mancare la tipica colazione danese e il loro iconico puff pastry con crema al limone e mirtilli.
