This is our 4th annual, and somehow it means more each year. What started as an idea has become something we’re incredibly proud of, a weekend that brings together an amazing group of people who genuinely appreciate great food, great wine, and time well spent.
Having Chef Boulud with us this year makes it even more special. He’s a legend for a reason, and sharing this experience with him, alongside some of California’s most talented chefs, is something we don’t take lightly.
It’s not a festival. It’s a weekend that feels personal, thoughtful, and truly one of a kind.

2026 Cadillac Escalade IQ Sport AWD — built for @ocdoug CEO and Founder of @nobleman💎🛡️
This one was personal and a whole lot of fun. We protected the entire vehicle in @pureppf Frozen Shadow Gold Color PPF for comprehensive protection on every exposed surface, Nano-Ceramic Window Tint on all glass including the front windshield cutting heat and UV by up to 99%, Powder Coated the wheels in gloss black to match the aggressive stance, and layered clear PPF over every factory gloss black lower trim so every single panel on this car is protected while keeping that full custom look intact.
To elevate things even further we smoked the tail lights, all reflectors, and did a full chrome delete on every trim piece. And of course we couldn’t let it leave without laying down @pureppf graphene coating on the entire vehicle to give it that extra hydrophobic layer, enhanced color depth, and added protection from the elements. Needless to say, this thing is a statement and will be turning some heads driving down OC
