Korean-Style Chicken Wings 🔥🙌🏼

Sticky, sweet, spicy and super easy to make.

Season your wings with salt, pepper, garlic powder + olive oil. Give them a proper rub, then cook on a skillet at 220°C for 15 mins. Crank it up to 300°C at the end to get them ultra crispy.

The sauce? Silky, fiery perfection:

* 40g Gochujang
* 30g Sriracha
* 40g Golden Caster Sugar
* 15ml Rice Wine Vinegar
* 30g Ketchup
* 10ml Sesame Oil
* 15g Butter

Melt it all together, coat your wings, then finish with sesame seeds and spring onion.

Cooked in the Ooni Koda 2, an oven that’s packed full of features and it gives me the control to nail wings like this 🔥🍗
