Day 3. The knee has started filing complaints.

Caked mud as the desert turned alpine was not kind on the tendons — wondered what was going to give first.

The Flagstaff mountains in the distance are either stunning or a hallucination. Hard to say on minutes of sleep over 3 days.

Glad we’ve got that behind us. The body is breaking down — that’s just what 200 miles does, regardless of what you put in

Night 1 turns to day.

There are going to be multiple of these…? Yup. Still moving. Still eating.

The sunrise is a nice bonus!

Day 1. 85 miles. The desert was not the most welcoming, but it provided what we needed.

It’s about time we introduce our North American elite trail team! What an incredible crew it is.
