Dubu Jorim, 두부조림 (Spicy Braised Tofu) 🌶️🌱

Our new tofu dish is made with fully vegan ingredients, braised in a rich gochujang-based sauce, topped with specially prepared spring onions, and finished with a touch of walnut oil for extra depth.

Spicy, comforting, and full of bold Korean flavour.

For guests with nut allergies, we can finish it with sesame oil instead. Just let our team know when ordering.

Reklame | BUT, I’ve genuinely been here multiple times before 🧡

This is one of the most authentic Korean dining experiences in Copenhagen!!!

As a Korean living in Denmark, I’m honestly very picky about Korean food abroad… but OURI felt like home.

From the boricha (barley tea) they served first to the warm rice, seasonal banchan, and cozy atmosphere, everything reminded me of Korea.

We tried:
• Haemul buchujeon (crispy seafood & chive pancake)
• Saewoo mandu (shrimp dumplings)
• Tteokgalbi
• Korean pork cutlet
• Ice cream with red bean & Gaeseong juak

The seafood chive pancake was my favorite! Super crispy, fragrant, and packed with seafood.

In Korea, we have an expression: “a meal so full the table legs could break.” And this was exactly that kind of meal.

If you’re looking for authentic Korean food and a cozy dinner spot in Copenhagen, I can confidently recommend this place as a Korean.
