I hear it all the time: “my mom never taught me how to care for my hair.” So many of us had to figure it out on our own.

As a mom, I’m changing that. My daughter watches me, and now she wants to learn. Not to fix her curls, but to understand and care for them.

So, I slowed down. With the help of @PATTERNBeauty, I showed her how to be gentle, how to care for her hair, step by step. Because her curls don’t need to be changed to be beautiful, they already are.
