I am thrilled to share that my piece L’Abbaye en Roses has been selected to be part of the upcoming Pride exhibit, Philadelphia Stories 250: Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Joy at Philadelphia City Hall. This exhibition centers joy as a powerful expression of freedom, visibility, resistance, and belonging.
The exhibition runs May 26 – July 24.

The photo that inspired this piece was captured on a visit to the garden of the abbey of Valsainte in May, 2017. The fish eye lens captured the abundance of roses along a building leading to the entrance to the garden.
