What is Phat Fudge? After a casual cold plunge (39 degrees 🥶) in my @renutherapy I shared more in my interview with them about why
I created Phat Fudge and how I use it with my clients. It’s a great quick backstory if you’re new to PF. #eatplaycrush

SPOTLIGHT: Pomegranate and brave is a woman that scores one in a nice dress.

In Ancient Egypt, pomegranates were a symbol of prosperity and ambition (on-brand), and it's documented that they were used to treat various infections.

Flavor Profile: sweet and sour

Nutrition Profile: Vit K, Vit C, Folate, Potassium, Manganese, B6, Magnesium, polyphenols, quercetin, and more.

Potential Benefits*: helps fight cancer, improves memory, decreases hypertension, heart health, can reduce inflammation in the gut for improved digestion, enhances blood flow.

Studies have found that the abundance of polyphenols and quercetin in pomegranate are shown to improve athletic performance: endurance, muscular strength, and even delay fatigue when taken prior to activity in highly active individuals.

Ways to use it, Performance: Personally, I blend pomegranate juice with beet juice, dark cherry juice, and cordyceps diluted with h20 as my DIY sports drink. I have several variations for pre/post activity for myself and my clients.

Ways to use it, Culinary: raw-eat them straight up, add to salads, juice blends (cocktail blends), smoothies, concentrated syrup for dishes (savory or sweet).

If you haven't tried my Pomegranate Pork Belly Recipe, do that ASAP. That dish was once served to 1,000+ ppl at the 49er Stadium at Michael Mina’s Tailgate (miss those!).

I still enjoy them the way I did as a child which is in a bowl mixed with rose water.

Pairs well with: avocado, arugula, beets, cherries, cardamom, cloves, coconut, ginger, lemon, sesame seeds, sorbet, flan, pork, chicken, fish, tequila, walnuts, pepper, mustard, etc.

We all have our own methods of the pain-in-the-butt process to get to these delicious kernels of tart goodness, check out my reels for my way.

The asterisk: Remember that benefits vary from person to person as their body responds to foods differently. #eatplaycrush

Venice, CA. The birthplace of @phatfudge.

Created in a beachside apartment by private performance chef, @paleochef, for her clients, later turned into a product for YOU. (Remember the days of the Amazon-bought food sealer?)

Sure, it wasn't fancy in the beginning, but it was honest and humble. That's still just as true to this day!

Before we get too sappy, let us wish you a wonderful evening, wherever you find yourself today. 😌

SAVE THIS POST! *Note: nutritional data shown is for a 1 ounce serving of seeds.

You probably know by now that @paleochef is a huge proponent of sesame seeds (tahini) but what about some other players in the game?

While there are some differences between varieties (see visual), the overall takeaway here is that pretty much that seeds are nutrient dense, low in carbohydrates, and a potent source of of vitamins, minerals, mono and polyunsaturated fatty acids (healthy fats), protein, fiber & vitamins.

Incorporating more seeds into your diet can be as simple as grabbing a small handful, a packet of @phatfudge (made with sesame tahini), sprinkling over smoothies, or tossing with cooked vegetables or proteins.

Share this with someone you think could use some more nutritious seeds in their diet! 🙌🏼

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
