(High Beginner / Intermediate)

Explore flowing shapes and transitions on the spinning pole in heels.
We’ll focus on clean lines, smooth combos and control; perfect for refining your technique and building confidence in your flow.

Heels are optional, but very welcome

Prerequisites:
Comfortable with climbs, pole sit & outside leg hook.

(Intermediate / Advanced)

Spreadies to the gods incoming
We’ll work on front splits, middle splits & pancake, with bendy technique tips to support your flexibility journey.

No full splits needed but they definitely help

Prerequisites:
Invert, outside & inside leg hang, monkey sit.

Monthly Intro to Pole with Apinti 🤍

This month’s Intro to Pole is open to racialized TINFA* people and as always centers trans, queer and neurodivergent cuties.
The class is held with care, consent and space for different bodies, energies and ways of being.

Apinti will guide you through a soft choreo and show you shapes on spins on the pole.

Throughout the session, there is an emphasis on exploration rather than performance, leaving room to find your own ways of moving, expressing yourself, and connecting to your sensuality in a way that feels good in your body.

Monthly Chains Special with Joëlle ❤︎

This special class invites you to explore movement on chains. Joëlle will guide you through the foundations with space to explore technique and flow in the air.

Throughout the session, there is an emphasis on curiosity and experimentation, allowing you to discover how movement can feel unique in your own body. Whether you are new to aerial or already experienced; this class is open to all levels and offers a playful and accessible way to connect with chains.

What to wear:
• Long sleeve top (cover armpits & back)
• Leggings or long pants
• Knee pads or leg warmers for extra comfort
Cute outfits are very welcome ♡
