Got smashed by a car couple weeks ago but I’m fuckin beyond stoked on all the people helping me out. @niteswimmers first one there after the crash sorry for the trauma but super thankful you were there to tell anyone on the sidewalk to “fuck off, make sure I was ok, keep me grounded and out of shock, big ups mon! Spent a few days in the hospital, spine jail, 5 X-rays n 4 CTscans later figured out I broke my pelvis in three (no surgery🙏), some ribs 🩻, collapsed a lung, and broke the Corocoid prosess of the scapula 🤓. I was totally aware the whole accident and very hyped no head, neck or spine injuries but the pelvis doe 😰 “what ribs? what shoulder? my fucking bumpkiss feels sooo f***ed up!” Out of the hospital and stoked to be at my dad’s house nice to be with the fam. Big tanks to tha whole fam, ma dawgs, all the homies, everyone who donated and my dad for acquiring the hospital bed I am sleeping like the king of the castle.
No weight bearing on my right leg/arm for a few more weeks but can’t wait for PT and to get back on the bike! ALSO BIG UP’S TO @slcbiketrader FOR PUTTIN ON HEART OF DARKNESS ALL FOR ME! 69miles for your boi!!!!

• First, stay calm and try to widen your pizza stance to reduce your speed.
• If that’s not working, gently shift your weight and turn uphill—this will help slow you down naturally.
• In an emergency, sit back and fall to the side to avoid a more dangerous situation.
