This is a hot one. Not sure if it’s an ad or a press shot of sorts. My first board sponsor was Alva skates back in 86. I remember getting an offer from Santa Cruz to get on the team but I turned it down because I dreamed about being one of the Alva boys. They were tight with each other family style. My friends Randy Smith and Ricky Windsor who I skated with and looked up to were on the team. They were huge influences on my skating. We also knew that Gonz used to ride for Alva also. I’ll never forget taking the greyhound from San Jose to Venice beach with my buddy Robert Torres to stay with Jef Hartsel and skate with the team. John Thomas, Chris Cook, Jef Hartsel and T.A. There was a contest in San Diego we all went to. I couldn’t enter because it was sponsored ams only but I got to skate the course in between heats. When we were hoping in the van to leave TA said we all have been talking and want you to be on the team. It was the best day of this little 15 year old groms life. Love you @thetonyalva1957 thank you for seeing something in this little nappy headed kid from San Jose!!!

One of those full-circle days today.
Had the absolute honor of working on a song with the legend @r.barbee here at our apartment at @onnieastvillage in #LongBeach.

Ray is one of those rare humans who’s been inspiring people forever — skateboarding Hall of Famer, photographer, musician… and honestly just one of the kindest and most genuine people out there.

He’s been supporting me literally since day one of my musical journey. Someone I’ve looked up to for as long as I can remember. So having him come by today to track guitars and synths — and even jump on vocals for the song — felt pretty surreal.

Total legend.

Ray also recently released a beautiful record called Beautiful Postcards From Home. If you haven’t heard it yet, it’s absolutely worth checking out.

Feeling very grateful for moments like this. 🙏

One of the best to ever do it. Allen Losi,so creative. Always felt he was so ahead of his time with his approach. This run is a classic from one of the Del Mar skate ranch contest. Love you Allen

Herbie Hancock’s composition “Chameleon.”
Played by this All Star cast of incredible musicians:
Herbie Hancock - keyboards
George Benson - guitar
Roy Ayers - vibes
John Klemmer - saxophone
Jean-Luc Ponty - violin
Phil Upchurch - bass
Harvey Mason - drums
Vibraphone is one of my favorite instruments. Mr. Ayers is a big time hero of mine. Got super excited hearing him play on this tune.

Would always hear Mike Watt saying there’s nothing new only thing new is you finding out about it. I’ve met Alice a couple times through mutual friends. Super sweet person, had no idea the depth of her history in the LA punk scene. Glad I came across this on here!!!

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
