Yamata no Orochi - (Divine Spirit of Disaster)

‘’Yamata no Orochi is a legendary eight-headed and eight-tailed serpent demon in Japanese lore, often portrayed as a divine spirit of disaster or an untamed nature spirit.

At Yamatai we love finding new artists from around the globe to add to the roster, who push the sound we love as a label and who we think would be perfect fits within the team, this next release embodies exactly that to a T and it will be one of the biggest debuts you’ll hear...

We can finally welcome the long awaited debut of German based producer Karabin.

An artist we have not doubt will be in the spotlight within the underground circuit in the next couple of years. Max has definitely earned his right to the spotlight and this debut single highlights the dedication and patience he’s had over the years to get to this stage, and we are over the moon to be the first representatives of him.

Not only bringing 2 weighty debut tracks but also working with one of the most iconic vocalist within the Drum & Bass space, the one and only Rider Shafique. This is a link up of the year and their track ‘Delusional’ has already being causing a serious stir around the globe and rightly so.

Karabin is primed and prepared to finally announce him self to the Drum & Bass world and we are so excited to see it unfold!
