The Ramblers
Britain’s walking charity, opening the way for everyone to enjoy the simple pleasures of walking and fighting for the places we love to wander.

Across Britain, millions are cut off from nature because local paths are missing, blocked or unusable.
This isn’t accidental. This is down to years of political and financial neglect.
So, we’re fighting back with our Access Denied campaign – and we need your help.
Show your support. Share this post. 📢
Because access to nature isn’t a luxury. It’s a right. 🌳✊🏼

"View from top of the Windy Gyle. First ever mountain to complete and made me in love in hiking and being out in the nature where only noise you can hear is birds singing."
Do you remember your first mountain? 🥾⛰️ This Britain's Favourite Path entry by Alicja Boksa from last year has got us nostalgic about our first big hikes 🧡
Do you remember yours?

There's just something about Bluebell Season 💙
"Uffmoor Wood is a popular urban fringe woodland in Worcestershire, managed by the Woodland Trust. It's located about a mile south of Halesowen and is known for its extensive network of paths, including a waymarked trail and a surfaced circular route suitable for wheelchairs and buggies too."
Bluebells are a protected species and are damaged easily by trampling, taking years to recover - by sticking to the path we can all continue to enjoy them for years to come 🙏

Ramblers x OS Maps
AD | Ever wondered how to find a new walk without the stress of getting lost?
I love a solo hike for the headspace, the ‘me time’ and the quiet. But recently I wanted to step away from my usual routes, so I partnered with @ordnancesurvey and joined a walk with @ramblersgb in the hope of discovering something new.
3 things I learnt:
• The joy of ‘switching off’: Knowing the route was already risk assessed and planned meant I could actually look up and enjoy the views, instead of staring down at my phone for navigation.
• Local knowledge is king: Walking with locals and Diana, our walk leader, adds so much depth. You discover stories and history you’d probably never find on your own.
• Community builds confidence: It was a lovely reminder that even if you treasure your own time, there is so much to gain from connecting with a local community.
Having the route on OS Maps also means I’ve got it saved to revisit (check out the 3D map on slide 4!).
If you’re looking for a change of scenery or want to discover local walks, check out The Ramblers website. When you join, you’ll get access to over 500 groups across England, Scotland, and Wales. You can even try your first few walks for free.
Check out my ‘Quick Guide’ on the last slide to see how easy it is to join. Then grab your boots, a thermos, and go! 🥾
Huge thanks to Diana for the warm welcome and for showing me a new side of the South Downs.
Let me know below, have I convinced you to give it a go?! 👇

Happy National Walking Month! 🥾🥾
I'm super excited to share The Ramblers are running their annual nationwide competition to find Britain’s Favourite Path. It's such a brilliant way to celebrate the walks we all love... and this year I'm privileged to be on the judging panel! 😃
I’ve explored some incredible trails around the world but there’s something special about Britain’s paths that always draws me back. Connecting with nature has such a powerful effect on how we feel. It lifts your mood and has a huge impact on your mindset.Being blind, I’m drawn to paths that I can explore with all my senses. That’s when nature comes alive inside my mind.
So, if you’ve got a favourite path that deserves the spotlight, now’s the time to share it. From hidden woodland trails to dramatic coastal routes, we want to hear all about it. So, get your entries in...
I can’t wait to see the submissions! Best of luck!🤞
👇 HOW TO ENTER 👇
1. Send us a photo of your favourite local path for your chance to win £250 @cotswoldoutdoor vouchers!
2. Tell us why you love it. 3. Get your friends to vote when the voting lines open!
The judges will choose 8 winners, each from a different part of Great Britain (with £50 vouchers up for grabs!) before we hand the final decision over to the public in a national vote in July to crown Britain’s Favourite Path 👑 The competition is supported by the players of @postcodelotteryuk.
Don’t forget to share your favourite finds with us before entries close on 31 May!

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
Keep track of Instagram updates discreetly while protecting your privacy and staying anonymous.
View profiles and photos anonymously with ease using the Private Profile Viewer.
This free tool allows you to view Instagram Stories anonymously, ensuring your activity remains hidden from the story uploader.
Anonstories lets users view Instagram stories without alerting the creator.
Works seamlessly on iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and modern browsers like Chrome and Safari.
Prioritizes secure, anonymous browsing without requiring login credentials.
Users can view public stories by simply entering a username—no account needed.
Downloads photos (JPEG) and videos (MP4) with ease.
The service is free to use.
Content from private accounts can only be accessed by followers.
Files are for personal or educational use only and must comply with copyright rules.
Enter a public username to view or download stories. The service generates direct links for saving content locally.
