Die auf 100 Exemplare limitierte Edition A Workshop in Concert ist eine Dokumentation des gleichnamigen Stückes, das Kyle Egret für verschiedene Holzbearbeitungsmaschinen komponiert hat. Die Publication enthält neben der Anleitung und der Partitur eine 7”-Single mit einer Aufnahme des Stückes sowie einen Werktext von Benjamin Sprick.
Kyle Egret, der an der Hochschule für bildende Künste Hamburg bei Jorinde Voigt studierte, hat das Stück 2020 zusammen mit drei Musikerinnen und Musikern in der Holzwerkstatt der Hochschule uraufgeführt.

The limited edition of 100 copies of A Workshop in Concert is a documentation of the performance of the same name, which Kyle Egret composed for various woodworking machines. In addition to the instructions and the score, the publication contains a 7” single with a recording of the performance and a text by Benjamin Sprick.
Kyle Egret, who studied at the HFBK Hamburg under Jorinde Voigt, premiered the performance in 2020 together with three musicians in the university’s woodworking workshop.
