our mom offers this because it’s fun, it helps her mental health, and one of the most accessible forms of exercise + community available. you don’t have to be an athlete or have a lot of time to participate. games are 20 minutes and you can come for one or stay the whole time.

some time ago, i co-hosted a free writing group with rewind kingston's craft cafe: unwind & hollis origin. finding your SERENDIPITY through your flesh: a visceral and somatic writing group became more than just people writing in a room.

we bent words in the way the body changes, preferring the inmost to come alight when we simply see our thoughts in different formats. thank you to all of those who joined.

thank you to everyone who reminded me there's hope in the world- thank you for coming into my life and being luminaries i never knew i needed. i learned gratitude is an art when everything is a canvas.

to liberate oneself from hell, you must recognize you are a multiverse.

my third book, SERENDIPITY, is available now.
