Adaptability isn’t a gift.
It’s a muscle.
On the ATA Nation Podcast, I talked with Sr. Master Hayden about adaptive Taekwondo, growing up without arms, and learning how to find a way in a world that still has not figured out how to be fully inclusive.
Taekwondo taught me more than kicks and forms.
It taught me confidence.
It taught me discipline.
It taught me how to adapt.
And that skill has carried into everything I do, from flying airplanes to speaking on stages around the world.
The question is not always, “Can I?”
Sometimes the more powerful question is, “How can I?”

Jessica Cox shares the tool that is the key to her independence. Jessica Cox recently visted Utah State University. Jessica is the first person to have a pilot's license while having no arms. Jessica also visited some of the classes taught by staff at the IDRPP as a guest speaker. It was so wonderful to have Jessica visit us!
Thanks to Jessica for visiting Utah State University. Check out Jessica's website at rightfooted.org

🥹✈️ “IF YOU CAN FLY AN AIRPLANE, THERE’S NOTHING YOU CAN’T DO!”
A beautiful thing happened at Frederick Municipal Airport this weekend. 44 kids from the DC region learned that the sky isn’t the limit — it’s just the beginning! Thanks to Challenge Air for Kids & Friends — and @flywithaopa for hosting us at their National Aviation Community Center — children with special needs got an opportunity few others get: to sit behind the controls of an airplane and fly it!

For nearly five years, we’ve been working on The Impossible Airplane.
And one of the most surprising lessons?
The “impossible” doesn’t always look dramatic.
People might expect a radically different airplane with obvious customizations everywhere. But often, the best solutions have been the simplest ones—small, elegant changes that make a big difference.
That’s what I love most about this project.
It reminds me that innovation is not always about reinventing everything. Sometimes it’s about looking at what already exists with fresh eyes and asking, “How could this work better?”
That mindset has shaped my whole life. Not “Why can’t this be done?” but “How can this be done?”
The Impossible Airplane is about much more than flying. It’s about possibility. It’s about challenging assumptions. And it’s about proving that accessibility and great design can go hand in hand.
Sometimes the most impossible things look ordinary.
And that’s exactly the point. https://zurl.co/ver6l

Sometimes the problem isn’t the obstacle.
Sometimes it’s the belief that there’s only one way through it.
When I was learning to fly, even buckling into the plane became a challenge to solve. But that moment reminded me of something I learned as a little girl tying my shoes:
You don’t always need an easier path.
Sometimes you need a different one.
That’s what I mean when I say:
Think Outside the Shoe. 👟
S.H.O.E. stands for:
Self-limiting beliefs
Habits
Over-complication
Excuses
What’s one challenge in your life that needs a new perspective instead of more frustration?

Adaptability is a muscle. The more life asks of us, the more we discover what we’re capable of becoming.
I recently joined Arizona Horizons on Arizona PBS in Phoenix to talk about defying limits, embracing creativity, and learning to thrive in a world that does not always make room for difference.
People often ask how I learned to do things differently. The truth is, I did not wake up fearless. I built that strength over time — one challenge, one adjustment, one new possibility at a time.
We may not control every obstacle in front of us, but we can grow stronger in how we respond.

If you think Jessica’s story stops at becoming the world’s first licensed armless pilot, it doesn’t.
After years of flying in a way that demands constant focus and precision, she’s now working on something even bigger: The Impossible Airplane. A custom-built (right here at Falcon Field Airport) aircraft designed to reduce the physical strain of flying and expand what’s possible, not just for her, but for future pilots with disabilities.
This isn’t about making things easier. It’s about creating access, pushing boundaries and proving that innovation often starts where limitations exist!
Catch the full interview tomorrow!
This week we had the incredible opportunity to sit down with Jessica Cox, the world’s first licensed armless pilot.
What many might see as impossible, Jessica reframes as a matter of mindset. Her story is a powerful reminder that “hard” is not the same as “can’t.”
Through determination, resilience and a shift in perspective, she continues to redefine what’s possible!
Her journey challenges all of us to rethink our own limits.
We want to know: What’s something you’ve been telling yourself you can’t do?
Now ask yourself… what if you’re wrong?

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
