After graduating in Costume & Performance Design & Scenography, Rita has built a career bringing striking creative visions to life that seamlessly blends artistic imagination with technical precision. Her work spans commercials, music, TV, film, live events and editorial, collaborating with global industry professionals along the way.

With over 9 years of experience under her belt, Rita has mixed in between roles working with global brands such as BBC, Sports Direct, YouTube, Sunglass Hut, TikTok, Burts Bee & Sky TV.

With expertises in 3D Modelling & a recent masters graduate in ceramics and glass - she’s a force to be reckoned with and we’re proud to support her journey.

When I was 18 I always promised myself that before I turn 30 I want to do a Masters in something that I love. And to have the freedom to create again.I was just as shocked that I got into the @rcaceramicsandglass but also thankful cause creative burnout really strips away the creative essence of someone. I’m so thankful that I took a year out(kinda ish 🤧) to really just focus of my own craft and how I want to world to see me via my art.If you didn’t know I wouldn’t be a set designer if it wasn’t for @_tyreis_and she forwarded me my first set design job straight out of uni. And look at us now graduation from the same schools with our Masters and both of our works currently being in the @vamuseum an honorary member of C&G.😂

Martha,Frankie,Sophie,Dani,Anna,Grant,Lily,Nicoletta,Vivi, Miyuki, Emma G, Emma S, Gemma, Yeonju and my scare partner Daniel. You guys made my time here the most chaotic, funniest and enjoyable memory orb ever. Thank you for listening to my rants and gossip a cause so had a blast. Same to rest of the cohort but these guys have seen me cry so yeah.

As part of Milk Honey Bees new four-month initiative dedicated to the education, well-being, creativity and empowerment of black girls aged 5-18 🐝
