Throwback to an interview I shot with “The Girlfriend Experience” Season 3 director Anja Marquardt for a STARZ Promo / EPK.
The piece was produced by Trailer Park and directed by @matt_linnell, with grip and lighting from @mastershotfilms, production design by @tvalexander__ , sound by @bobbythepink and the best camera team @hil.steadman @s.ro__ @zackmga
Shot on FX9 and Zeiss Supreme Primes with all the ND in NYC.
Key was an Arrisun 1200 and a couple of Aputure 300Ds through quarter grid, with a Litepanels Gemini wrapping / frontal fill. We flew a silk to flag the sun and provide a soft hair light and added an Astra panel for fill + subtle edge on the b-cam angle. And tons of duvy behind camera.
