RUTH CROFT
Kiwi Trail Runner
Naturopath & Herbalist in the making @adidas | @trainingpeaks |@amazfit.global | @never.second | @we_are_sungod | @leki.trailrunning

Time to finally close the UTMB chapter (last post I promise), but I couldn’t finish without sharing my favorite photo from all 174km.
I always say it is “just” running - and it is - but running is also the vehicle that gives us these moments. And this photo to me holds everything that really matters - Martin’s love, support, and always being in it together.
Thanks @martingaff 😘
📸 @tommy_leeming_@we_are_sungod 🙏
This is how you know you have the right crew…
•They will touch your manky feet for a second year in a row and lather them up real good with anti-chaff.
•They will easily distract you from the fact that you’ve still got 50km to go with conversations of vasectomies, bubble farts, and their dating life.
•They will shove ice in your banadana, running vest, and arm sleeves and say you’re looking really good (when clearly that’s a lie).
•And to top it off they will happily jump in Dino costumes and join you for the last 300m of running a silly long way.
So thank you
@afvarner
@davidvthompson
@martingaff
@abby.k.hall
@cordisimo
For making getting to Auburn a journey I will never forget.

What a race🙌
@ruthcrofty takes 2nd place at @ultratrailaustralia by UTMB 50k in 4 hours and 34 minutes
The UTMB champion decided to race closer to home, as not only is she leading the way in ultra running, but she is also currently studying to become a naturopath and herbalist before she heads to Europe for the rest of the season

Good luck!

A solid tune-up race and another strong day out on Saturday for @ruthcrofty.
2nd place at Ultra Trail Australia 50K, building through the shorter distances before the bigger goals later this season. Controlled early, then a big push late, topping out at 185 bpm in the final effort to the finish line.
Sometimes races like these are about learning where the legs, fitness, and mind are at💪

📸 The before — during — and after.
Great to be back at @ultratrailaustralia 50km after a five-year hiatus, and I still love everything about this event - the landscapes, the people… the stairs 🤥 and now the oversized puddles too 🫠
What a privilege to race alongside @yaomiao1 in this part of the world, and to see trail running in Australasia in such a good place right now.
On a personal note, it felt good to drop down in distance for a change - a lot less admin, and it’s been a solid fitness check. Excited to keep building from here.
Big thanks to @nz.harris for the crewing assist, to all the volunteers out there, and once again to the Ironman Oceania crew 🙏

That feeling of dropping down from 100 miles to 50k. Speedy tune up Down Under for @ruthcrofty!
Despite taking a dip in an oversized puddle midway through the race, Ruth’s peak 30 minutes pace was 6:23/mile 🤯!

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
Keep track of Instagram updates discreetly while protecting your privacy and staying anonymous.
