some musings about my forthcoming directorial debut:

Line Cutters is a neo noir short film in which a doll nursing a ❄️ add*cti0n shirks her relationship with her doting boyfriend. I would literally die to announce the actress we have attached as Aquarius (she was named one of the 25 most influential creators on the internet in 2025 by @rollingstone ) but alas yall are gonna have to wait for that one😘

Line Cutters is like if @buffalo10film took a page out of norma desmond’s book and grew up, took a 🔑, and realized 3 key facts about the transfemme cinematic universe: the only life worth living is the glamorous one, the only ki worth having is the one in the company of other dolls, and the only good man is the whipped one.

@trishapickelhaupt is co-director, @ryeeefield is making her debut as director of photography, an @sleepiyu & @bertoni_film are producing.

this brilliant fan cam edited by @anna__montalto rly sums up the pre production vibe so far: high femme, unabashedly villainous, and tons of fun. stay tuned for more announcements coming soon👀
