We’re starting over — intentionally.
Welcome (back) to A Poem and A Mistake.
This one-woman show cracks open Ovid’s Metamorphoses and reshapes it through a modern lens: a grad student’s confrontation with her professor sets off a mythic chain of transformations, blurring lines between god and mortal, victim and aggressor, teacher and student.
What follows is part confrontation, part confession, par catharsis

When I first read @annick_lefebvre ‘s brilliant short play, I was struck by the way grief can take you down, but also crack you open. It can shake you out of the drudge of your daily routine, in search of something, anything to take away the pain from your aching heart.
Les Câlins Cheaps (Cheap Hugs) is a little love poem to my hometown Montreal, and also an ode to those struggling with mental health, grief, heartbreak, wondering how to make it through the day with this hole in their heart?
