Outside and throughout this reimagined 1925 landmark in West Palm Beach.
A complete design-build transformation where the original structure was carefully restored and reworked from within, allowing spaces to open and extend naturally outward.
Beyond the main residence, the pool and guest house take on a life of their own.
Once a garage with quarters above, this structure was reimagined into a two-story cabana-poolside living below, private guest suite above.
A careful balance of preservation and transformation, carried through every detail —anchored by a landscape that defines the property as much as the architecture itself.

Set along the Connecticut coastline in Westport, this waterfront residence was conceived as a true forever home — not simply a retreat, but a place where everyday life could unfold alongside family, longtime friends, grandchildren, and the rhythm of the water.

Designed to feel both timeless and deeply livable, the home opens seamlessly toward Long Island Sound through expansive windows, terraces, and light-filled interiors connected to the surrounding landscape. Classical architectural forms and carefully crafted details are balanced with warmth, comfort, and an understated sense of ease.
