We wanted more. More performance, more impact, more immersion. The challenge? The tech required to support it all isn’t always pretty. So we designed around it.

What began as a traditional tent was reimagined, its corners mitered into an octagon, velvet-clad walls in a rich chocolate brown concealed a series of hidden stages, each one seamlessly integrated into the architecture. Guests had no idea what was behind them… until they revealed themselves, one by one, with unexpected moments of performance.

It wasn’t just about surprise, it was about intention. Every layer of sound, visual, and detail was considered.

With multiple performers and complex audio needs, we leaned into a fully immersive 360° experience. Screens were thoughtfully placed so every guest had a perfect view, while others descended from above, technology hidden in plain sight.

Behind the walls and ceiling, an entire world existed, waiting to unfold.

This birthday dinner channeled the seductive allure of James Bond’s world, every detail intentional, sharp, and steeped in elegance. Not the casino you’d expect, but the place he disappears to afterward. 🎰 Drink in hand, relaxed in a space that felt exclusive, layered, and just a little mysterious. 🍸

Inspired by a private members club, the room was drenched in deep chocolate brown tones for warmth and depth. Rich wood, dramatic lighting, and polished brass accents struck a balance between opulence and restraint. Velvet drapes and crimson waiter suits added drama, setting a tone that felt intimate and clandestine.

Along the perimeter, glowing stained glass arches framed the room, while sculptural ceilings, chevron floors, and gilded lighting added dimension, each detail contributing to an immersive, refined environment.

Cinematic undertones were woven throughout, subtle nods to iconic scenes and eras, creating a space that felt both familiar and transportive. Because the best events don’t just look beautiful, they unfold, slowly, scene by scene.
