Trip Hop has been one of those genres I’ve always gravitated towards as an answer whenever I’m looking for something that feels like a new interpretation of jazz music.

I felt the organic necessity to create my own version of the genre, for months i wrote a list of tunes that felt on that vein, deep, heavy, crunchy and of course, moving.

“Everyday, another day” is my homage to the Bristol - Bogotá connection, I hope you guys dig my guitar and singing skills 🤣👌🏼

“Tezeta” is the word that Mulatu Astatke, the father of Ethio-jazz, chose to describe “feelings of melancholy and longing from a point of affection””, like “Saudade” in Portuguese, this is my homage to Melancholy in the most self conscious and loving way possible.
