Music for yesterday’s Dior Men Winter ‘25 show was an extended arrangement of ‘Time Lapse’ by Michael Nyman.
Starting with the inspiration of Christian Dior’s ‘Linea H’ of Autumn-Winter 1954-55, the collection this season explored the metamorphosis of menswear. Simultaneously, for the second time, there was a formal presentation of the men’s couture, featuring looks intertwined with the ready-to-wear.

Featured alongside was Suburban Knight - The Art of Stalking, which opened the show, with kind thanks to Derrick May.

We Are All In Danger: a Pier Paolo Pasolini mix for @another_man, marking 50 years today since the death of Italian poet, novelist and filmmaker, Pier Paolo Pasolini on Nov 2nd 1975.
The mix features music and atmospheric conditions from his films, lyrics and poetry written by him, as well as music and sound works inspired by his life and body of work. It opens with music from ‘Accattone’, his first film as Director, and closes with a sequence of tracks that reflect on his untimely death, underpinned by Bolesław Wawrzyn’s recordings of the waves at Ostia and Terence Hannum’s processing of applause at Pasolini’s funeral.
The mix accompanies @conordonlon’s delve into Pier Paolo Pasolini’s personal archives in Florence and Bologna for Another Man’s Winter/Spring 2026 issue and @donlonbooks display of books and material by and about Pasolini in their window until 12/11/25.

🪰💿 Announcing ‘heavy night waits on the dawn’, a limited CD release of recordings I made earlier this year, a 9 track demo of a moment. The physical release is kindly supported by @ccsteding as the latest instalment in their Artist Series and comes in a beautiful hand-stamped aluminium case of their design.

The ongoing Artist Series gives carte blanche to an artist to make new work in a form of their choosing. Aiming to generate an unexpected body of works and a wider context for CC-Steding’s own practice, the series exists outside of commercial interests, and particularly focuses on community and offline interaction.

The physical release is kindly supported by @ccsteding as the latest instalment in their Artist Series and comes in a beautiful hand-stamped aluminium case of their design.

A recent University of Glasgow report, commissioned by DACS, found the median income for visual artists in the UK to be £12,500 per annum. There is a clear disconnect between the financial means of artists and institutional ticket prices. Exhibitions priced at £20+ have become untenable for many and, at this moment, there are no major institutions in London offering concessionary rates for artists. Artist Membership Project hopes to put pressure on institutions to offer free entry or concessionary rates for artists by initially implementing a DIY solution.
Artist Membership Project has stashed membership cards for nine London institutions in lock boxes secured to fencing or bike racks nearby each venue. The location of the boxes and the combination codes are accessible via a WhatsApp group with instructions for using and returning the cards.
