With two different, yet beautifully complimentary, methodologies and philosophies to heelwork and slink we intend to immerse this experience what we believe makes movement magical.

Magic is the depth that emerges through intention, self connection, and attention to detail. The Craft is an invitation to intentionally and devotionally create magic through movement.

🌹 The Lust Witch 🌹

Inspired by Lupercalia, the ancient pagan festival that later inspired Valentine’s Day. I wanted to create something that turns our modern relationships with lust and pleasure inward.

Instead of seeking connection to lust, intimacy, and pleasure outside of ourselves, we cultivate it within ourselves and for ourselves.

This is a ritual space using sensual tools and movement to bring you into deeper connection to yourself and your body, no dance experience necessary, simply a willingness to explore.

Starting Sunday 1/5 I’ll be taking my very well received 4 week edgework series Heel Craft to @fullmoonpoledancestudio to be experienced in person for the first time.

If you’ve been wanting to dive deep into all things heels and edgework you’re gonna want to join us for this. Each week we will explore how to not only use your heels safely and efficiently, but also how to use your edges to add a magical element to your dance vocabulary. We will learn how to create intentional lines, break rules, discover creative shapes, and play with ankle and foot work. Get ready to deepen your knowledge and experience in heels to transform it into a magical and intentional craft.

Meet Slither, the oh-so-slinky workshop lead by witchy mother @slither_witch

Let’s dip it into something a little more shadowy:

This workshop, Slither, draws you into a darker, more hypnotic way of moving. You’ll explore sensual, serpentine pathways around the pole through a fluid sequence designed to blur the line between control and surrender. Think slow, spine-led waves, deliberate hip articulation, and movements that coil and unravel with intention. It’s less about hitting tricks and more about embodying something magnetic, grounded, and just a little dangerous—so you can slither through every transition with quiet power.

Requirements: must be comfortable in a fireman spin and fan kick
Bring: heels or socks

Felt like sharing, didn’t feel like editing. Watch if you have 2.5 mins on your hands. As I’ve gotten older my values around performing have evolved so much. I used to care soo much about being “impressive” and doing the coolest shit on stage. These days, what feels the most important to me is being deeply embodied, sitting in stillness and simplicity, bringing nuance and subtleties, and presence that holds the audience in the palm of my hand. Technique and skill feel second to me but seem to only deepen when I’m embodied in these values.
