Right before kicking off POSSIBLE in Miami, our team brought together a group of senior agency leaders for our annual Agency Advisory Board.
We had one goal: let's convene to architect what the future of our industry looks like and how drive actual business growth for brands during this disruptive phase in the market.
Across two days, we had candid conversations on the realities agencies are navigating: increasing complexity across AI, video and CTV, pressure on margins, and the need to prove real business outcomes.
We also spent time doing something a little different: collaborating on graffiti walls at the Museum of Graffiti in Wynwood. A reminder that creativity still sits at the center of everything we do.
Most importantly, we listened. The feedback, perspectives and challenges shared will directly shape how we evolve our product, our partnerships and the role we play in the agency ecosystem to set our customers up for success.
