We continue POPUP 7 with consciousness as we have Maria Peeva taking over the space for two evenings (Monday 29 and Tuesday 30 Sept) sharing her yoga practice. You’re welcome to join and take time to breathe, stretch and reshape your thoughts.

Having dedicated herself seriously to yoga over the past few years, Maria has been particularly inspired by the discipline of Ashtanga, the creativity of dynamic Vinyasa Flow, and the holistic approach of Jivamukti Yoga. Her one-hour classes will bring together pranayama, with an energising flow, inviting practitioners to move with intention and awareness. With a focus on cultivating both strength and ease, Maria hopes to create space for each participant to explore their own practice, finding balance between effort and release.

The two evening classes will be very limited to 5 participants per class, so please book asap as spaces will fill quickly.

We clean up after corporations. Delivering flowers of all kinds.

A rescued food delivery drivers jacket, found on the street to be transformed and given new life. Combined with my stash of damaged fabric, I took apart the @justeatuk jacket making sure each panel and pattern is used.
One of the main features are the hood pieces, which became the waist pockets, making sure the cords and toggles are utilised.

This piece will be available at the next popup and showcase on September 26-October 5. More details to follow.

Nothings changed. Same one man team. Same slow and responsible hand made pieces. Still dancing through the chaos.

Screening their beautiful film “mother”.

This is a film not to be missed as it is the first of a series of beautiful stories that showcase human emotion in a unique way.

“mother” explores themes of loss, grief, family, identity and mental health through the lens of a young British Nigerian woman.

There will be three screening nights to choose from; Sunday 17th, Wednesday 20th (screening and q&a) and Saturday 23rd (screening with poetry) all from 7:30pm.

There will be refreshments on each day with a special selection on the final screening.

As always, each jacket piece is consciously hand made to a high standard and is limited to only two men’s and two women’s, which will be available soon.

We warmly invite you to our showcase opening at Fabrications on Thursday 19th September, from 6:30pm. Come along to see what we’ve been upto in person.

On the night we will also have music arrangements by @radushkomusic (percussion) FRATTS @tony_fratipietro (percussion) & special guest @markcakemusic (alto sax / electronics)

Smart & I have been busy putting this together behind the seams! A 6 piece collection made entirely from remnants and offcuts from previous collections incorporating my PatchReWork panels, making each piece completely unique and One-of-One.
These will be available to try on and purchase during the showcase, which will also include a mini shop takeover by @notfarbehind until 6th October. The event is also part of @sustainablefashionweek_uk Community Fringe events.

On Thursday 3rd October, 6:30 - 9:30pm we are also hosting a Sewcial & Talk “Setting up & running your own sustainable fashion brand“ and wil be joined fellow creatives @yodomo & @alteristmarketplace - Each of us are committed to working towards more circular business models within fashion, design, creative industry and will candidly share our own journeys and experiences.
We hope you can join us for that evening too!
