Vom 3D-Modell zur fertigen Betonstatue!
@filigran.ch dokumentiert eindrucksvoll, wie mit KAUPO Produkten aus einer digitalen Idee eine künstlerische Betonstatue wird.Dargestellt werden Schwinger – also Athleten aus dem traditionellen Schweizer inoffiziellen Nationalsport Schwingen.
Ausgehend von einem bestehenden Motiv wurde zunächst ein 3D-Modell erstellt. Daraus entstand ein Positivmodell aus Styropor, das anschließend von Hand nachbearbeitet wurde. Für den Formenbau kamen SONITE™ WAX zur Versiegelung, CHAVANT™ CLAYETTE™für die Stützform, REBOUND™ 25 Silikon für die Abformung sowie EASE RELEASE™ 205 als Trennmittel zum Einsatz.
Nach dem Ausschalen und erneuten Einschalen konnte die Form schließlich mit Beton ausgegossen werden. Aus vielen einzelnen Arbeitsschritten entstand am Ende ein wirklich beeindruckendes Ergebnis! 🤗

@filigran.ch dokumentiert eindrucksvoll, wie mit KAUPO Produkten aus einer digitalen Idee eine künstlerische Betonstatue wird.Dargestellt werden Schwinger – also Athleten aus dem traditionellen Schweizer inoffiziellen Nationalsport Schwingen.
Ausgehend von einem bestehenden Motiv wurde zunächst ein 3D-Modell erstellt. Daraus entstand ein Positivmodell aus Styropor, das anschließend von Hand nachbearbeitet wurde.
