After starting as a co-op student, 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗻, transitioned into a permanent role and has become a valued member of our mechanical design team.

Over the past 5 years, Devon has been involved in a variety of impactful projects across the province, including Portage Regional Health Centre and Bethesda Regional Health Centre, Mercury Care Home, Boundary Trails Hospital Renovation, and recently the Portage Place Redevelopment.

Known for his collaborative approach and positive attitude, he continues to strengthen both our projects and team culture.

We had a great day with Manitoba’s healthcare engineering community at the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗦 𝗠𝗕 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, reconnecting with familiar faces across the province and being part of conversations shaping healthcare environments.

Key improvements included relocating mechanical and electrical systems to a mezzanine for easier maintenance, introducing air source heat pumps for low-carbon heating and cooling, and upgrading ventilation for specialized training spaces.
