We do not tolerate the plagiarism of another artist’s work. Such actions undermine the hard work and dedication of our faculty and compromise the authentic experience our students come to Steps for. We will continue to take necessary measures to protect the intellectual property of our community and uphold the integrity of our studio.

Steps is a sanctuary for creative expression, where the unique artistry of our instructors is protected and celebrated. I had so much fun doing A Chorus Line for my last Spotlight that I had to do another. The Music & The Mirror is such an iconic number that has had a huge impact on so many dancers growing up that wanted to do theatre. There have been so many incredible women who have influenced me as both a dancer and choreographer, and you can add @makayla_ryan10 to that list. Her ability to balance technique with performance is stunning to watch.

Traci is an admired educator amongst the precision jazz community and beyond!
