Studio 13 Amsterdam
200m2 of bright daylight studios in the city center of Amsterdam. 20+ years of experience.

After more than 3 months of renovating we’re happy to open the daylight studio again at the 22th of november. Give us a call to make a reservation ✨

After five years of dedicated service, Studio 13 moves towards a new direction! Starting the first of September, Studio 13 will share its space with Atelier Reservé. We’ll be creating a vibrant and inspiring space together.
We continue to rent out our two most popular studios: the Loft and the Daylight Studio.
What does this mean for you?
-Our Loft and Daylight Studio remain available for rental.
- We no longer offer rentals for the Wet and Limbo studios.
-You can conveniently make your own reservations through our website, 24/7.
- If you have any special requests, please give us a call.
- Elzo and Liske continue to welcome you at our studios.
- Part of our space will be dedicated to the atelier of @reserveboys , where they create one-of-a-kind garments from vintage materials and old stock fabrics
Unfortunately, while we embrace our new direction, we also say farewell to some of our valuable team members with a bittersweet feeling. We thank Karim, Jeremy, and Aaron for the incredible years we’ve shared, which have been filled with collaboration and growth. This truly marks the end of an era.
We also want to take a moment to thank our very first team member, @daniel_wilsoe, who has been with us from day one and contributed so much to Studio 13. Though he left Studio 13 already last year, his dedication and spirit remain an essential part of our story.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
Thank you for your continued support! We look forward to welcoming you at Studio 13.

KING - Every Monday I pick a word and see what my photo archive gives back. This week the word was “king”, since today is king’s day in the Netherlands, and I rediscovered these ten photos, including a fun surprise search result at the very end. Images taken many years apart in Brooklyn, Amsterdam, Vancouver, and Manhattan. Searched using @excire_en, which is how I dig through twenty years of work without losing a whole afternoon. #ad

The analog images from last week’s shoot with artist and Oscar winning director Steve McQueen.
Shot on Hasselblad 500cm and Mamiya 645 Pro, using @kodak and @cinestillfilm film, developed and scanned with love and expertise by @carmencitafilmlab, who turned these around beautifully and quickly.
This was a very meaningful shoot for me. It was for the announcement of Steve winning the@erasmusprijs, one of Europe’s most distinguished cultural honors.
Same studio, same afternoon, same Miles Davis on the speakers. Just slower.

« We’re all gonna die anyway. »
That’s what artist and Oscar-winning filmmaker Steve McQueen said in an interview in 2013. I wrote it down, carried it as a motivational lesson for over a decade, but somewhere along the way forgot it was him who said it.
Last week I had the opportunity to photograph Steve for the announcement of his Erasmus Prize. While prepping, I put on an old interview in which he spoke about his perspective on making art and not overthinking it.
He said: « We’re all gonna die anyway. Risk, try, experiment, fail, fail better. It’s not about taking risk for risk’s sake, but for the art’s sake. You always come up with a question, and you try to answer it with the next thing, which becomes another question. It’s a conversation. »
Full circle moment. Congratulations to Steve on this well-deserved recognition. And thank you to Lauren and the team at the @erasmusprijs for your trust.

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
Keep track of Instagram updates discreetly while protecting your privacy and staying anonymous.
View profiles and photos anonymously with ease using the Private Profile Viewer.
This free tool allows you to view Instagram Stories anonymously, ensuring your activity remains hidden from the story uploader.
Anonstories lets users view Instagram stories without alerting the creator.
Works seamlessly on iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and modern browsers like Chrome and Safari.
Prioritizes secure, anonymous browsing without requiring login credentials.
Users can view public stories by simply entering a username—no account needed.
Downloads photos (JPEG) and videos (MP4) with ease.
The service is free to use.
Content from private accounts can only be accessed by followers.
Files are for personal or educational use only and must comply with copyright rules.
Enter a public username to view or download stories. The service generates direct links for saving content locally.
