Meeting Harrison when Aileen is supposed to be off the clock is intentionally a moment to start their interaction with conflict. At its core, Aileen is a hitchhiker’s tale. The type of story that the driver or the passenger could be the monster, and everything is shrouded in mystery. But, when you’re telling a story of a taxi driver or ride share driver, the mechanics of that uncertainty is different than the previous. Suddenly, you both know someone is picking someone up, and they can see you and your route there..The window of danger is much different, and the encounter with each other becomes more complicated 🤔🎞️

An assailant in the midst of a “clean up” or an attempt to cover up a crime is fascinating. You’re not meeting a criminal per se, where the occupation is front and center. You’re meeting the costume. The facade that keeps them hidden during the everyday. Now, how well does that costume work when something has occurred that causes us to pay a little more attention? And, what’s going on in your mind when any little thing can get you caught?🎬✅

We are very excited to announce that our feature film, STEP SIX will be making its festival debut at the Covellite International Film Festival in Butte, Montana!
