Last summer, Ben and I played some music at @communitysaunabaths in Hackney, it was a beautiful time and we even made a friend 🐈

This coming Thursday, we’ll be attempting something similar in Cardiff for @_bamzu. Come through if you’re sick of hearing chords and mid-range frequencies xx

Managed to catch @naissamjalal in concert, one of the most inspirational flautists around at the moment & slightly slept on here in the UK. Her newest album ‘Healing Rituals’ is well worth checking out, as are her previous ones - her messaging is especially poignant and relevant in this age of war.

August 26 — @annamcluckie and I will be experimenting along folk/electronic/improv vibes at the Green Note in Camden alongside @owl_light_trio 💚
