Growing up I never imagined I would be making movies in Hollywood, but I was content with telling any story I could with anyone that was eager enough to play along with me.
Moving to LA was a difficult step, feeling like a very small fish in a vast ocean - in a city I was unfamiliar with and had few connections.But the Midwest energy seems to be a special type of magnet because I met @calub_harris shortly after landing in town and we instantly clicked.
It’s crazy that a couple guys from Iowa crossed paths and ended up making a feature film together. Making this film was a dream come true, and a testament to years of playing, practice and passion from everyone involved.
I’d like to give thanks to everyone who’s supported me and our team on our journey of navigating this crazy world of independent cinema. I learned so much from this project and can’t wait for you all to see it.
