It was a magical weekend in the Keys at the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders Retreat✨✨

I had the honor of supporting the team with 1:1 coaching, Reiki, and a transformative Sacred Healing Circle with energy work, breath work, and guided meditation for the cheer team and staff. 🧘🏾‍♀️

‘Twas the Season for a Lea Barnard Wellness Holiday Retreat with @virginvoyages

This holiday retreat was a different vibe than my others, the intention was to create space to celebrate our wins and remind my community that a life of wellness is centered in the practice coming home to gratitude and joy.

We sailed into our Soft Girl Era and frolicked on private beaches on the beautiful islands of Bahamas and Grand Turk & Caicos with one intention: to romanticize daily life without taking ourselves too seriously.

And we did just that—through laughter, play, creativity, slow mornings, deep rest, and a whole lot of fun.

There were sun-soaked days, cozy conversations, spontaneous adventurous, and plenty of moments that reminded us how blessed we are to relax, create, and enjoy life as it’s happening.

We came home refreshed, grounded, inspired—and already wishing we were back on the ship.

I’m finally ready to open the door…just a little lol…for none client retreater for a few of my upcoming adventures.
