After Dr Who’s classic series ended its runin 1989 and before the reboot, there was fan speculation that the TARDIS was not immediately destroyed, but “quietly moved from place to place and hidden around BBC television centre by staff who couldn’t bring themselves to dispose it.”

In 2004 while visiting friends in London I asked my friend Richard who worked at the BBC if this rumor was true. He laughed and said he was almost sure it was in the basement/scenery storage area of Television Centre. The next day he took me down there to find it.

There it was amongst flats, boxes, and other prop pieces in waiting ! Barely hiding under a tarp it was hard to miss. Here I am doing my best Ace impression and in total awe.

DUNGEON MAJESTY is a public access show that aired from 2004-2009. It is one of the first shows to turn table top gaming into a television show and is noted for its imaginative low budget effects and campy humor. Produced by @telefantasystudios and created by Christine Adolph, Liza Cardinale, Sarah Low, JJ Stratford, and Riley Swift.
