After several months of doubt, there is finally some familiar work at the end of the tunnel.

During the strike I took stock of quite a bit and worked on some personal changes(with lots of support from friends and loved ones).

I’m down 25lbs and back in the vest! Finally starting to feel like myself again.

The plating journey continues. Pretty proud of this one - Seared Tuna wrapped around a pan fried scallop. Sitting on a white asparagus purée, topped with a micro-green salad with clementines and pickled radish.
