If you’re looking for where everyone in New Orleans is going to be this summer… it’s @thebatture
River views, local vendors, food, cold drinks (AKA St.Rains), a nice summer breeze, and enough space to actually sit down and RELAX. So naturally we had to make it our second pit stop of the month while we’re still recovering from April.
This is the kind of place you accidentally spend 6 hours without realizing it. One St.Rains turns into two, you start buying all the goodies from @missmarketnola , someone orders food, and boom the sun goes down and it’s time for the next move.
Honestly… it’s exactly how summer in New Orleans should feel 😉

We’re gonna take a swing at Tuesday evenings because we have major FOMO - @missmarketnola on the pours, @waska_nola selling out every week and @stellysfroyo on the sweet treats. What’s not to love? Days are longer and the lobster is sweeter. See y’all tomorrow.
P.S. Starting with a limited menu of our fan faves - Maine-style, CT-style and crab rolls. All the chips, drinks and caviar too.

THIS MONDAY 🚨🦞 @thenellshell is coming to our house to host a lobster pop up we are very excited come pop out! Lobster rolls will be available as well👀

Meet The Nell Shell 🦞
What started as a 1962 Shasta trailer and a long-time friendship turned into one of the most unique seafood pop-ups around. Chris and Nell have known each other for more than 20 years, and after years of running Nell’s Catering Co., they teamed up to bring a shared obsession to life: authentic East Coast lobster rolls.
Inspired by decades of trips to Maine (and Chris’s New Jersey roots), they set out to figure out how to get the real thing down here. Today, lobster meat is overnighted weekly from a family-run supplier fishing in Penobscot Bay — where the lobsters are known for being a little sweeter. You can taste the difference.
The name? It actually started as a joke. When they bought the vintage trailer, it was just a metal shell. A friend started calling it “The Nell Shell,” combining Nell’s Catering with the trailer’s look — and somehow it stuck. Now it’s a fitting name for a seafood-focused menu.
They serve lunch, happy hour, and dinner out of the fully renovated trailer (which took about a year to transform), and if you ask them their favorite part of popping up at The Batture, it’s the river views, the spring breeze… and spotting their favorite light blue and white tugboat go by.
You can catch them serving up lobster rolls and more:
Thurs–Fri 3–8pm
Sat–Sun 11am–8pm

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
