Happy Mother’s Day 🤍

A client and friend of Studio Forma, Chelsea, recently interviewed me for her Substack, The Wardrobe Files, and it turned into such a thoughtful conversation around movement and personal style.

Chelsea is a stylist and wardrobe consultant (and former digital marketing agency owner!) with such a beautiful eye for helping women feel good in what they wear and how they show up.

Very on brand with our approach at Studio Forma. ☺️

Grateful for conversations like these and for this community always 🤍

You can read the interview through the link in bio.

2 years of Studio Forma 🤍 (a little late on the post, but never late with appreciation)

What started as a vision, shaped through years of working closely with clients in privates and small groups, has grown into something so much bigger than I ever imagined.

A space filled with strong, intentional movement…
but more importantly, with people who show up—for themselves and for each other.

To every client who has walked through the doors, taken a class, streamed from home, told a friend, or trusted us with their time… thank you. Truly.

There’s been a lot poured into this behind the scenes—long days, thoughtful intention, and a deep care for what we’re building—but every bit of it has been worth it because of this community.

Studio Forma is what it is because of you.
And we’re just getting started.

Visited my dear friend @jessanzalone studio, @thestudioforma in Chicago and I’m feeling all the things. I remember when this was just a dream she carried so quietly, and seeing it fully come to life now is honestly emotional. You built something really special, Jess. I’m so, so proud of you 🤍

And getting to take class with @studiosanem and @whitneyariese? Unreal. Both powerhouse mamas that I’m grateful to be friends with.

If you’re in Chicago—or honestly anywhere—this is your sign. Book the class. Join the @thestudioforma platform.

Over the past few months, watching Studio Forma OnDemand community grow has been incredibly special to me. Whether it’s moving in your living rooms, hotel rooms, or early mornings before work… you’re finding ways to stay connected to your bodies wherever you are.

Movement should feel supportive, and we’ve got you.

We have lowered the price of OnDemand ☺️

Monthly membership will now be $29 (previously $39)

Yearly membership will be $300 (previously $400)

Why? Because I know many of you already invest in other ways to move your body, and I want Forma to fit alongside the things you love — not compete with them.

Whether you join us in the studio or press play at home, my hope is always the same: that you leave feeling stronger, more connected, and more grounded in your body.

Movement is a privilege and everyone deserves access to it.

If you’ve been curious, you can still start with our 7-day free trial anytime.

I’ll see you in class… or in your living room. 🤍

Strength isn’t just about how hard we work - it’s about how well we connect.

Connection to breath.
Connection to deep core.
Connection to the muscles that stabilize before they move.

When the body is connected, movement becomes powerful.

Never take for granted the privilege of a body that can move.

At Forma, movement isn’t about one method being better than another. It’s about honoring the body you’re in and finding the way you love to move.

Our method blends functional strength training with Pilates and barre-inspired movement to build a strong, balanced body—but we also deeply respect every style of movement out there. Running, yoga, cycling, dance, etc… if it brings you joy and keeps you moving, it matters.

There’s no single “right” way to move your body.

The fitness space can sometimes feel critical or divided, we believe movement should unite us.

Move in the way that feels good.

Move in the way that keeps you coming back.

Just keep moving.

♥️✌️

A core series.

Try 15 reps on both sides, 20 for the heel taps. Breathe out on the contraction (like you are blowing out of a straw) Ankle weights optional. Enjoy!

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
