Went on this recce recently, and was blown away by the view. Made me think about a convo I had the other day with a production company who were umming and ahhing between London and Manchester as a location. Don’t get me wrong, London is London, I get it. But having produced in both and many places in between, Manchester, for me (of course) is the better bet. The location is ambidextrous; the film community is world class; budgets go further and things get done quicker. Made a blog about it... link in bio
