Tim Leong
Author of the Super Graphic book series. My first comic, EXPLOIT, is out now(!) from Mad Cave Studios
We are humbled and thrilled by the reception to EXPLOIT!
The first issue sold out, so find a copy if you can. Issue #2 launches 4/29, and its final order cutoff is 4/6.
You can also preorder issue #2, the paperback collection, or even get the digital bundle of all four issues PLUS a free copy of the paperback when it’s released. https://madcavestudios.com/product/exploit-vol-1-series-bundle-1-trade-paperback-4-digital-issues/
Thank you!

This seems crazy to say: As of this March, I will officially be a comic book writer…
I’m thrilled to announce that EXPLOIT, a journalism technothriller from @madcavestudios, will debut this March! It’s written by me, Laura Hudson, illustrated by @pinnaemiliana, colored by Rebecca Good, and lettered by @gofrankgo
And to top it off, @itsveronicafish is drawing the issue 1 variant cover. I’m lucky to be part of such a talented team!
Laura and I have been working on this story for years and we can’t wait to share it with you. It’s a timely, biting satire of media and the state of the American oligarchies with a pop-punk edge.
Thank you to Brigid Alverson and the good folks at @official_icv2 for exclusively announcing the news.
I’m looking forward to telling you more about this story. But for now: Pre-orders are open—be sure to support your local comic shops.

Every comic book starts with a crumpled up piece of paper…
Check out Exploit issue 2 this Wednesday. Find it at your local comic book shop, or grab a copy from the @madcavestudios web store: https://madcavestudios.com/series/exploit/
Exploit issue 2 comes out Wednesday. I was having a hard time figuring out how to describe it without spoiling it.

“For no mere mortal can resist, the evil of the thriller” — obviously this line from the titular song is referring to comic books, right?

“FOC for Exploit #2 is 4/6”
After a few weeks of saying this, I’m realizing not everyone knows what this means.
Service journalism time! FOC = Final Order Cutoff, which is the last day a comic shop can order a comic before it goes to press. Pre-ordering a book with your shop is THE BEST way to make sure you get the comics you want.
Bonus: Watch all the way through to see the gaff I decided to keep in the video
You have until 4/6 to get your EXPLOIT #2 pre-orders in to your local comics shop. The first issue of Exploit sold out, so placing an order with your shop is the best way to make sure get a copy when it debuts on 4/29.
The action cranks alllllllll the way up in issue 2. Trust me, you won’t want to miss it. And I know saying “you don’t want to miss it” is perhaps the most trite thing an author would say…but believe me it’s true.
You can also order digital copies, or a bundle of every issue here: https://madcavestudios.com/series/exploit/

Exploit #1 is SOLD OUT!
We’re truly so grateful to everyone that checked out our first issue. I love issue 1, but the action really ratchets up in issue 2, which is out 4/29 (with FOC on 4/6).
How does writing about comics change reading them? And how do things change when you stop writing about them? I talked to Exploit’s co-writers (and recovering comics journalists) Laura Hudson and @timleong about just that in this week’s episode of Off Panel.

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
