Closing the year with a heavy one: Birmingham rapper/producer/multi-instrumentalist @tonybontana lands on Sonic Yolk.

Evissimax rides the beats with provocative bars and attitude - rage flipped into power, sexuality reclaimed, and X marking the spot: identity claimed, expectations refused.
The whole EP is produced by @deriansky_, shaping that loud, rebellious, no-escape sound she stands on.

In the chat we get into the shift to rap, the energy behind the project, and building a space to be fierce, playful and unfiltered.

In the first part, we look back on Ecko’s artistic journey before diving into the making of his latest release, together with Talpah and STILL. The second part is a live performance from Ecko and Talpah, with Ecko showing off his vocal flexibility and battle cries, proving he doesn’t take the radio booth any less seriously than the stage 🪖
