Last Sundays M2TM Manchester 2026 Semi Final 1 was a huge success. A huge congratulations to both @technologistband and @sigils_band on progressing through to the final. Both Xenith and Auraboros played amazing sets and were a huge credit throughout to competition.

We have updated our grand final poster. Again make sure you get those tickets in advance. We have 9 absolutely amazing guest bands.

We’re only a few days away from M2TM Manchester 2026 Semi Final 2. This will be your last opportunity to help your favourite band potentially progress to our M2TM Manchester 2026 Grand Final on the 6th June. Which 2 bands will be going head to head with @technologistband and @sigils_band ? You get to have your say.

Voting does not open until the final competing band has finished their set. You’ll then get 20 minutes to cast your vote. Make sure you then stick around to find out which 2 bands have progressed

Just a reminder it’s strictly one vote per person. If more than one token is submitted, one will be removed.

We draw a close to 'Mental Health Awareness' week.

We understand it shouldn't just be a week. Mental health is a constant battle.
Across the UK alone, an average of 18 to 20 people die by suicide every day, which equates to roughly one person every 90 minutes.

This is your LAST EVER chance to help your favourite band reach the final. Two bands will go through on the night:

1 chosen by the crowd
1 chosen by the judges

IMPORTANT:
One person = one vote
If more than one token is placed by the same person, any extra tokens will be removed.

It is absolutely vital that you stay until the end to cast your vote. Voting opens immediately after the final competing band finishes their set.

We can't express enough to you how important this week means to us in Aphotic Sky. Our songs sink right down into those emotions to be able to tell your stories, our stories and personal experiences. To be able to talk about them freely without being judged and to continue living the life you each deserve.

For many in the world, it isn't easy. Sometimes the battle doesn't end the way it should. Sometimes we have to say goodbye to those close to us due to depression. It can be caused by many things but no matter what, we should be supporting those in need.

We encourage you all. Take action! Call a friend, call your family, even call your neighbour. A chat and smile can go along way.
Don't suffer in silence. Always be yourself!
