I waited to post my 3rd place Expert @ukppc piece as I repeated it (with a few changes) at @in_the_spotlight_uk this weekend and got 1st place and Overall with it!

I love performing these with Scott. I know i say this all the time. But this was the most fun I'd had on stage. And it wasn't a sad girl routine like I normally do 🤣🤣

Time today to bring this routine back. Now I normally don't repeat but loved this so much and had so much fun and didn't have time for a new one. So here's a sneak of the best pics I've had from a comp. Honestly the quality is so amazing x

highlight of the month of april - performing and competing on stage for the first time at Glow @ukppc ! it has taken a while to sink in, but my heart is full and i’m so grateful to have placed 🥇 in the instructor category. thank you to @jojoxfox for organising such an amazing competition, and to all the judges for your feedback.

here’s my routine, inspired by Wuthering Heights. obsession, conflict, and being torn between what’s safe and what consumes you.

it didn’t begin with movement, but the piece started to take shape as i built a world around what i researched, felt, and experienced through the film, the book, and the song.

and it ended up finding its way into how I experience pole.

static pole felt like resistance - something i had to fight for.

spin pole felt like familiarity - a place l could return to.

and finally, this piece became the space between those two states.

I loved every second of the creative process and can’t wait to create more. I’d also love to perform Barbie again too someday 🎀

✨ Glow 2026 ✨

We’ve been a little quieter than usual on here, and we appreciate your patience. Our focus has been delivering all the behind-the-scenes work and Glow admin.

But WOWWWW what a day it was.

The standard this year was exceptional. Every competitor brought so much to the stage, creating a competition that truly reflects the diversity and talent within our community. We are incredibly proud of each and every one of you.

We also want to extend our gratitude to the entire team who made Glow 2026 possible. Our judging panel, moderator, and adjudicator for their professionalism and care. Our stage team, backstage manager, pole cleaners, and venue staff for their sweat & time keeping throughout.

Glow exists because of the people behind it. Our values have always centred around community, inclusivity, respect, and celebrating every performer’s unique voice. It takes all of us to create that space, and we are so grateful to everyone who contributes to making Glow what it is.
