Kyiv Cake is baked.

We’re thrilled to welcome Noizar and Katia Curie, among other friends, all coming together to help recreate the raw, stripped-back sound that shaped a generation.

Rooted in Kyiv’s underground, Noizar (@wickedbass) is a selector shaped by long nights, patience, and pressure. His sound is punchy and deliberate, it unfolds slowly, built on tension rather than peaks. Minimal, tech-leaning and heavy on swing, his sets favour depth over spectacle, locking dancers into a steady, focused state.

Katia Curie (@katiacurie) brings her unmistakable touch — dynamic and fluid, mixing mystery with deep, rolling rhythms and occasional breaks. Sometimes dark, sometimes more uplifting, her music takes listeners on a journey that shifts in tone and mood, depending on the energy of the moment.

Soft opening by DJ sandra (@lyaksandraa), followed by Mi Yá (@miyacreature) with an intimate live set, flowing, delicate and deeply felt, her sound envelops the listener in that very present moment. Operating duties by Lands (@lana.kul) & Stash The Gun (@stashthegun) setting the temperature just right before Katia’s & Noizar’s stage takeover. Cam (@cam_____b) to close the night with dark, hypnotic sound.

Super excited to welcome back Barrio Lindo to help celebrate the mighty Shika Shika label in London on Friday night🔥

🎧Hailing from Argentina, Barrio Lindo is a luthier-turned-electronic music artist — his music blends ancestral textures with cutting-edge electronics always inspired by folklore from various parts of Latin America.

His recent collaborations include with label co-founder El Búho and Australian trio Oyobi and he joins us on the back of his new album Ecdysis Vol.I which represents a shift in his sound, and a return to being inspired by the dancefloor🎶 The release, while predominantly electronic, combines organic and psychedelic elements reflecting a fascination for science and the mysteries of nature.
