A look at my pillar artwork for this year’s @sonictemplefestival 🤘⚡️ I was thinking of them as sideshow banners featuring:
the pizza loving Banana Spider,
Daisy the demon dog,
the mysterious Vein Boy and
the very popular Funny Cobra.
It was a fun exercise inventing characters that marry the festival’s metal and pop punk sensibilities. Happy they got so much selfie attention :)

Thank you everyone who participated in Sonic Temple Drawing Club! It was awesome seeing so much creativity across the festival. Early everyday we handed out drawing supplies at the Secret Walls Stage, and requested they return to add their work to the gallery, and witness our pros engage in paint battle ⚔️ Major thank you to @sonictemplefestival for trusting the vision, @secretwalls for providing the space and inspiration, and @showdrawn for recruiting talent out in the pit ✍️⚡️🤘

Swapped my sketchbook for a wall and drew Sonic Temple fans as they walked by. Everyone looks amazing. I’m unsure I can return to a world devoid ofdark fairies and menacing clowns.

Fun weekend painting alongside @kraveart at the @beatboxbeverages camp inside Rolling Loud Orlando 🐊 I only knew a handful of acts going into it, and made a point to rush the festival with my @showdrawn sketchbook. Phones were the dance partner of choice. The occasional rain cloud was a welcome reprieve from the Florida sun. Hydration was essential.

This is a timed group activity, where everybody draws quick portraits of each other. It’s speed is a unique challenge that puts both expert artists and novices on a common playingfield. Everybody takes home the portraits of themselves as a fun momento.

All skill levels welcome, supplies provided, seats limited, RSVP required ( link in EDE bio )

Churchills kitchen will be open with @sweatrecords spinning vinyl also :)

A look back at the 2025 @showdrawn sketchbook, which took me to Mardi Gras, SXSW, Mosswood Meltdown, PDX, Massachusetts, iii Points and across England.
