2025 Update!
First, we want to thank everyone who donated to our gofundme so far. With your support, we wouldn't have made it this far. Importantly we have exciting news: After a long search, we have found a building! (Yes this is a small glance into the space). We’ve been offered a five year lease in a vacant, three story building with enough room to only continue the arts and nightlife programming Skylab is known for.
Although we do now have an additional request: In order to finalize the paperwork, and begin our move in process, we need to secure $7000 for security deposit and first month’s rent by the end of January.
Our Go Fund Me recently reached $5000, but due to storage unit fees our funds currently sit at $3000. In addition to the deposit, we are hoping to accrue extra money to assist us with rent in these early months of the gallery as we recover, finish any necessary renovations, and restart our programming. Therefore, our goal is to raise $15,000 for this first phase of Skylab 2.0. The $7000 is most urgent, as the sooner we can get things out of storage, and into the new building the better, the remainder we hope to raise before our projected opening in late Spring 2025.

Beige is back for another appearance at our flagship event :) a team favorite, a crowd favorite, a regional favorite!
In addition to having a Detroit baddy in the building we will be celebrating our resident Brenner's birthday with an early-doors pot-luck! Brenner will be DJing from 7-9pm where there will be some byo-food.
The event closes an hour early due to daylight savings... So come join us for a meal!
Lastly, our Skylab friend Tonedeft will be DJing to close the night after an extended Beige set!
