Un recorrido expositivo que contempla futuras localizaciones como Teruel, Barcelona o Gijón y que, en esta primera parada, aterriza en Oviedo, Asturias.

La sala Forum de FNAC acogerá una exposición en formato impreso de carácter intimista y pequeño formato, pero concebida para generar una experiencia directa, cercana y efectiva alrededor del arte IA contemporáneo.

Porque todos sabemos que, cuando se busca un espacio de lectura, difusión cultural y descubrimiento, los espacios Forum de FNAC siguen siendo uno de los lugares adecuados :-)

In this edition, creAtIva has been part of the Curatorial Committee of The New Media Moment, an international project promoted by Art Innovation Gallery that brings digital creation, new media, artificial intelligence and other artistic practices into the urban context of Times Square.

For creAtIva, participating as a jury member has been an opportunity to discover new artistic profiles and continue supporting the presence of AI-driven creation within internationally visible spaces, while also reinforcing something that has been part of our identity since the very beginning: building bridges between artists, platforms, publications and new exhibition environments.

In addition, creAtIva | AI Art Book Vol. 9 is present within the project, representing 30 AI artists published in the volume, expanding their journey beyond the editorial format and placing them in dialogue with an international digital art programme.

creAtIva Vol. 9 brings together more than 64 AI artists and creators, along with professionals from the field, who explore the concept of art within the new current of digital art, turning this book into a historical record of 21st-century art.

This volume is structured into five main sections:

Director’s recommendations

A professional jury selected 25 artists, and 5 more were chosen through public voting. Thanks to the collaboration of three of the world’s leading AI communities — AI/CC, IIIIL, and FRMWRK — new narratives are introduced through the work of 22 AI artists, resulting from an internal call, with design and layout by Sebastián Puiggrós.

The third section includes feature reports dedicated to BIONIC Awards, ETERNA AI Agency designed by Nina Khaldi, FUTURA AI Academy designed by Ilaria Merola, and AI Hokusai designed by Mikhail Ugolnikov.

The fourth section gives voice to professionals such as Marta Velázquez, Janire Goikoetxea, Barbara Croatto, and Andrea Busquets / Pablo Reyes “ARTEFACTO”, who, through their three articles, contribute new perspectives and reflections on the present moment.

The final section is the Director’s Recommendations, where we discover different professional trajectories and give prominence to the people behind AI: Franc Aleu, Marina Núñez, Isabel Martínez, Rose TimesLess/House of Rose, Dustin Hollywood, Diana Mota, Damn True, Noway Recordings, Paty Cid, and Barbara Croatto.
