happy with this one — 7 seconds faster in finals than Seeding. Only my second race in elite and already making progress.

Overall, it’s been a really good week lots of sun and a fast 4+ minute track that was tough on the body.

iXS European Downhill Cup in Portugal 🇵🇹

10 days in the sun, getting proper time on the new Scott Gambler and dialing in the setup felt really good. Also my first ever elite race.

The result doesn’t really show it, but I’m happy with how I’m riding and especially my fitness after a solid off-season.

Both seeding and race day were super windy, which made it tough for everyone. in the last section I didn’t push enough and lost a lot there.

Still a lot of positives to take and just getting started in elite. 🚵‍♂️🔥

Next up: Kouty nad Desnou 🇨🇿

Heading out Tuesday with Sixten for the next iXS Cup can’t wait to go full gas and have a sick weekend.

iXS European Downhill Cup in Portugal 🇵🇹

10 days in the sun, getting proper time on the new Scott Gambler and dialing in the setup felt really good. Also my first ever elite race.

One of my first days back on the enduro bike in RudeBike Park.

The trails were super wet and slippery, but actually really fun to ride when the lines are shaped well.

It’s good to train in all kinds of conditions – even the ones you don’t really feel like riding in.

At races the track can change all the time, and in the end it’s the riders who can adapt the best to whatever conditions they get thrown into that come out on top. 🏅

Just getting a feel for the bike. No pressure. Just building the connection.

Now he’s back in Denmark in one week 🇩🇰
Final prep. Final adjustments. Everything getting dialed.

On April 3rd, Oscar Bausager heads to Portugal for the first training camp in Lousã before lining up for the opening round of the iXS European Downhill Cup.

New bike. First Elite season.

And… a few new upgrades are about to land on the bike 👀

Closing out 2025.❤️🏔️⚔️⚔️

What a year. So many lessons, highs, lows, miles, crashes, wins and memories that I’ll take with me forever.

Looking back, the development I’ve gone through this season is honestly crazy. As a rider, as an athlete, and as a person. I’ve learned what it really takes, and I’m more hungry than ever.

First ever gravel race: Dirty Gravel Series in Hillerød 430 riders, insane vibes! 🚴‍♂️💨

Started strong, rode the first three laps feeling fresh with a solid group.

Then lap four hit… I went flat and started seeing stars 😅. Couldn’t wipe the smile off my face, but I realized I couldn’t find my gels.

Lesson learned: next time, gels need to be super accessible!

Amazing course, epic atmosphere – can’t wait for the next one. 👊🙌

This weekend marked the end of my 2025 race season at Vallåsen, and I’m really happy with how it turned out. ❤️‍🔥

I got 1st place in the junior category, which is awesome and definitely sets me up for a great off-season. ⛷️

Over the winter, I’ll be heading to the Alps in Saalbach, working and skiing every day, and training hard. 🏋️‍♂️💪

That way, I’ll come back even stronger at the start of 2026.

I’m at the final Downhill Cup in Sweden, part of the Gravity Series, and this is my last race of the year.

Today was practice day, and it went really well! The track is fast, and I decided to switch from my downhill bike to an enduro bike because I feel more comfortable on it.

It’s faster in the pump sections and handles the tighter parts of the track better.

Today, I found my confidence and got into a good rhythm, so I’m really looking forward to the race tomorrow.

There will be two runs, and the fastest run counts.

It’s a bit different from the usual downhill format, but we’ll have one race in the morning and another in the afternoon, and the fastest time overall will count.

Lets go!!
